POS ng Bayan is a free Point of Sale (POS) system designed for Filipino Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Service includes:

• Product and inventory management
• Sales transaction processing
• Credit/Utang tracking system
• Sales reports and analytics
• Cloud synchronization
• Offline functionality

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or email). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Free Service

POS ng Bayan is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but the core functionality will remain free for all users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service

6. Data Ownership

• Business settings

You may export or delete your data at any time through the Settings page.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service includes offline functionality to ensure you can continue operations even without internet connectivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

POS ng Bayan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruptions
• Errors or inaccuracies in the Service

We recommend regularly backing up your data and verifying transaction records.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POS ng Bayan, its developers, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
